We recommend this method especially for facades to be protected, to accurately survey of glass facades, to document interiors.

Result of the modern technology is a 3D cluster, where the drawing is an outcome. Model can have several levels.

• Laserscanning results a point clouds which comes into existence by integratin of various measuring poins. It is suitable for survey or supervisory of fulfilment.
• Combination of fotogrammetry and point cloud procedures can result a 3D model, which is already suitable for transformation, hence for redesign.
• The above created elements can be made smart by manual or semi-automatic methods; this way a wall would not be a plan face any more, but a smart object.
• Making an object smart has many ways, but for the future the most recommended solution is a process survey results upon BIM principles.
